2. DEFINITIONS
In the application and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
MINISTER: The Minister of Customs and Trade
MINISTRY: The Ministry of Customs and Trade
LAW: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers
REGULATION: The Distance Contracts Regulation
SERVICE: All types of consumer transactions other than the provision of goods, performed or committed to be performed in exchange for a fee or benefit
SELLER: The company that offers goods to consumers within the scope of commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf or account of the party offering goods
BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes
SITE: The website owned by the SELLER
ORDERING PARTY: The natural or legal person who requests a good or service via the SELLER’s website
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER
AGREEMENT: This contract executed between the SELLER and the BUYER
GOOD: The movable property subject to the purchase, and software, audio, video, or other intangible goods prepared for use in electronic environments

3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose characteristics and sales price are specified below and ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website.
Listed and published prices on the website represent the sales price. The announced prices and commitments remain valid until updated or modified. Prices announced for a limited period remain valid until the end of the specified period.

7.1. The basic characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit) of the product(s)/service(s) are published on the SELLER’s website. If a campaign is available, the basic characteristics of the product may be reviewed during the campaign period. The campaign is valid until the end of the specified date.
7.2. Prices
Listed and published prices represent the sales price. Announced prices and commitments remain valid until updated or changed. Time-limited prices remain valid until the stated expiration date.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Information and Acceptance
The BUYER declares and acknowledges that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics of the product, sales price, payment terms, and delivery on the SELLER’s website, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
9.2. Delivery Period
Each product subject to this Agreement shall be delivered within the period stated in the preliminary information section of the website, depending on the BUYER’s location, without exceeding the legal period of 30 days.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the BUYER or to the person/entity designated by them, provided that they notify the SELLER.

11. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL
Products prepared upon the BUYER’s request or explicitly in line with their personal needs, lower-body underwear, cosmetic/make-up products, and single-use items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on payment made by credit card, they accept, declare, and undertake that they will pay interest and be liable to the bank under the credit card agreement between them and the card-issuing bank.

13. COMPETENT COURT
In disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections shall be submitted to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court located in the BUYER’s place of residence or where the consumer transaction was conducted.

The BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement upon completing the payment for the order placed through the Site.
